Terms And Commercial Use
These terms describe account access, third-party checkout, credits, downloads, commercial-use rights, and the rules that apply when you use Your AI Song.

Operator and agreement
Your AI Song is operated by 橘子科技, with a registered address in 中国上海. By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 10 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you may use Your AI Song only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of the service.
Use of the service
Your AI Song provides AI music tools for creating songs from original prompts, lyrics, styles, and instrumental ideas. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate protected artists, violate laws, or generate harmful content.
Account and credits
Your AI Song uses account login, credits, concurrent running jobs, a one-time 8-credit starter allowance, subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Starter and purchased credits do not reset daily. Paid plans unlock higher generation capacity and commercial-use eligibility.
Generated music and commercial use
Signed-in users can play and download their generated songs from private account history. Commercial use requires an active paid plan and remains subject to provider terms, payment status, content rules, rights-cleared inputs, and any rights owned by third parties.
Payments and renewals
Checkout is handled by Creem for subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. One-time credit packs do not renew. Complete payment details are handled by the payment provider.
Refunds and availability
Digital services, subscriptions, and consumed credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved. Generated tracks are kept for long-term account playback and download unless the user deletes them, closes the account, or removal is required for legal, security, or provider reasons. Provider availability, generation speed, result quality, and model access may change over time.
Intellectual property
Your AI Song branding, product design, software, and site content belong to the service owner. User prompts and uploaded content remain the user's responsibility. By using the service, you grant Your AI Song the limited rights needed to process, store, display, and deliver generated outputs.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by 中华人民共和国法律. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to 中国上海市有管辖权的人民法院, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
