橘子科技, located in 中国上海, operates Your AI Song and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
Your AI Song may collect account information, email address, login provider identifiers, generation prompts, lyrics, style settings, generated song metadata, usage activity, device information, and support messages.
How we use information
Information is used to provide AI music generation, maintain credits and subscriptions, save history, deliver downloads, improve product quality, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
AI providers
Generation requests are sent to configured AI music providers such as TTAPI/Suno. Prompts, lyrics, settings, and job identifiers may be processed by those providers to create audio outputs.
Payments
Checkout runs through Creem. Your AI Song receives payment status, plan, invoice, and entitlement information but does not store complete payment card details.
Storage and retention
Free accounts may have shorter song storage, while paid plans can receive longer or permanent cloud storage. Browser storage can preserve drafts and recently generated results before full account sync is enabled.
Service providers and security
Your AI Song may use hosting, authentication, storage, payment, analytics, monitoring, email, and support providers. When PostHog analytics is configured, the product sends only reviewed event names and limited non-content fields with person profiles disabled; prompts, lyrics, email addresses, and private media URLs are excluded. Server secrets remain in protected environment variables.
Children and minors
The service is not intended for children under 10. Users under 18 must have consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review or deletion of a minor's personal information.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
